The Client Support Billing Clerk will also be responsible with working with customers and staff to resolve issues which arise in the day-to-day activities of the branch.

Primary Responsibilities:

Correspond with customers to resolve billing issues and queries. Enter all inbound/outbound items into ERP System, update system notes (i.e. Infor M3) Own warehouse administrative functions Update and maintain billing records and documentation. Interact with customers to respond to specific requirements. Perform assigned administration related duties and responsibilities. Maintain invoice records and support documents. Collaborate with other departments to cater to customer needs. Evaluate, analyze and verify dates of service and billed amounts. Verify completeness and accuracy in client information before billing period. Resolve all accounts within give time frame. Update completely unbilled reconciliation once in week. Initiate and perform additional billing responsibilities to meet set goals. Verifies and maintains all customer related electronic records. Any other duties necessary to assist the company achieve its objectives.

Essential Functions This is a non-safety sensitive position. Employee will be in an warehouse environment. Employee will bend, walk, stand and may sit for long periods of time. This position is 70% sedentary and 30% active and may include activities such as walking, standing and bending). Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs assisted or unassisted.
