Part-Time Utility Billing Clerk:

Assist customers in all phases of utility account maintenance, installation, deposit, payments, changes, inquiries, correspondence, billing problems, termination, etc., in person, or by telephone, mail or internet. Receive and prepare for deposit monies from other departments within the City and balance the cash drawer. This position reports directly to the Utility & Billing Services Supervisor.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, valid driver's license, customer service/cashier experience and 10-key keyboarding experience.

Schedule:

Part-time (29 hours per week) Monday- Thursday 12pm-6pm and Friday 8am-12pm. Due to the nature of this position the schedule isn't flexible, you must be available to work the scheduled hours listed above.

Starting rate:

$15.08 per hour. This position is part of a progression plan with defined pay increases as you gain skills and knowledge through on the job training. A completed City of Stillwater application is required for consideration.
