Billing & Coding Integrity Specialist Full Time Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Keystone Health is seeking a full-time Billing & Coding Integrity Specialist to join our team. Under the direction of the Director of Patient Financial Services, the Billing & Coding Integrity Specialist is responsible for promoting and maintaining revenue integrity practices that support compliance, accurate billing, and effective charge capture at the point of service. This role helps ensure optimal reimbursement for Keystone Health by auditing and monitoring coding and billing activities to verify compliance with applicable regulations, payer requirements, and industry standards. The specialist will identify areas for improvement, recommend corrective actions, and assist with implementing solutions to enhance billing and coding accuracy. In addition, this position provides ongoing education and training to providers and staff, while maintaining current knowledge of coding, billing, and reimbursement regulations and guidelines. Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of two years of experience in a similar billing and coding role within a healthcare setting preferred. Proficiency in computer applications, data entry, typing, and basic office procedures required. Experience using standard office equipment, including copiers, fax machines, calculators, and multi-line telephone systems. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills preferred. Licenses and Certifications AAPC Billing and Coding Certification required. Keystone Health is an Equal Opportunity Employer
