As we expand our services, we are seeking experienced Medical Billing Specialists who want to play a critical role in supporting access to care while advancing their careers within a stable, mission-driven organization. This position is primarily on site, allowing for hands-on training, real-time support, and strong team connection. coding, and insurance regulations Experience with EHR/EMR systems and payer portalsStrong understanding of Medicare, Medicaid, managed care, and commercial insurance billingExceptional attention to detail, problem solving, and follow throughHS Diploma or equivalent Your RoleDepending on experience and expertise, candidates will be considered for either Medical Billing Specialist II or III. Both levels manage the full revenue cycle for behavioral health services while ensuring accurate reimbursement and compliance. Prepare, review, submit, and monitor claims through payment resolution Post payments, reconcile remittances, EFTs, and unapplied cash Research, correct, and resubmit rejected claims Manage denials, appeals, and accounts receivable follow-up Monitor aging reports and reduce days in A/R Collaborate with clinical, provider, and operational teams to resolve billing issues Ensure compliance with HIPAA, payer requirements, and billing regulations Advanced Responsibilities for Level III Candidates Resolve highly complex denials, underpayments, takebacks, and voids Serve as a billing subject matter expert for complex scenarios Identify reimbursement trends and support revenue cycle optimization efforts Provide guidance and informal mentorship to billing team members About Lenape Valley FoundationSince 1958, Lenape Valley Foundation (LVF) has been a trusted non-profit provider of essential human services in Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
