You will play a key role in supporting daily financial operations, including invoice matching, cash application, and vendor account processing.

High SchoolResponsibilitiesAccounts Receivable:

Post incoming cash receipts (Lockbox, ACH, Wire) accurately to customer accounts in the ERP system. Utilize banking receivable tools to match remittances to incoming ACH payments. Research and resolve customer payment discrepancies and process refund requests. Assist the Controller with special projects as assigned.

Accounts Payable:

Review and voucher vendor and intercompany invoices for proper documentation and approval. Perform invoice-to-vendor matching for ongoing operational integration work. Assist with periodic payment runs within the ERP system. Set up new vendor profiles in accordance with internal corporate guidelines.
