Job Description
Overview Disrupt Foods is a multi-unit quick-service restaurant franchise company operating dozens of locations across multiple states in the Northeast. We are looking to hire immediately. Join our team as a Billing and Compliance Coordinator and play an important role in supporting the financial, compliance, and administrative needs of our growing organization. This position is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines across several store locations and brands. Duties Process vendor invoices and manage bill payments accurately and on time. Reconcile vendor statements, recurring bills, and account discrepancies. Track business licenses, inspections, and coordinate renewal deadlines for all locations. Maintain organized compliance records, inspection reports, and supporting documentation. Open, scan, sort, and distribute incoming mail and official notices. Assist with unemployment, payroll, insurance, and other business audits. Escalate past-due invoices, expired licenses, inspection issues, and other compliance risks. Assist with administrative and finance-related projects as needed. Skills 3 years experience with accounts payable, accounts receivable, billing reconciliation, bookkeeping, compliance, or office administration. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to track multiple deadlines. Ability to handle confidential information responsibly while demonstrating strong customer service skills in internal support roles Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy. Ability to communicate professionally with vendors, store managers, and government agencies. Ability to handle confidential financial and employee information responsibly. Familiarity with accounting, bill-payment, and payroll systems such as Paylocity is advantageous. Experience in a multi-unit restaurant, retail, franchise, or hospitality organization is preferred.
