In this role, you will be responsible for managing the billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing and filing, and maintaining the integrity of financial data. Manage accounts receivable by tracking payments, following up on overdue accounts, and reconciling discrepancies. Handle data entry with high accuracy into accounting systems while safeguarding confidential information related to clients and vendors. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to billing inquiries from clients or clinicians. Contribute to process improvements by recommending enhancements in accounting workflows or software utilization. Qualifications Proven experience in billing roles with familiarity of EHR software such as TherapyNotes. Excellent numeracy skills with attention to detail in data entry and account reconciliation tasks. Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Familiarity with accounts receivable management, accounts payable processes, and bookkeeping practices. Strong organizational skills paired with effective communication abilities to support cross-functional collaboration.
