billings and monthly progress billing requests Maintain continuation sheets, schedules of values, and change order documentation Manage customer invoicing and online billing portal submissions Track billing approvals, retainage balances, collections, and payment status Prepare and manage lien waivers, releases, and compliance-related documentation Analyze inventory transactions and trends to support operational decision-making Evaluate customer profitability and product-line performance Conduct pricing audits and identify opportunities for process improvement Assist with month-end close activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting Support special projects and ad hoc financial analysis as needed Qualifications - Construction Billing & Financial Analyst 2+ years of construction billing & analysis experience Hands-on experience processing
