This multifaceted role combines essential office management duties with comprehensive billing and financial responsibilities. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes while managing billing, bookkeeping, and financial software. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and organizational prowess will help us maintain efficiency, foster positive client relationships, and support our team's success. Duties Process payments and prepare monthly/quarterly invoices for attorneys/matters; Generate and send invoices; track payments of invoices; Maintain Accounts receivable records and aging reports; Follow up on unpaid invoices, conduct appeals to invoices, and apply payments; Reconcile bank records within Quickbooks and Clio; Keep financial records clean, accurate, and well organized; Assistant with the preparation and filing of Tennessee business taxes; Discretion handling sensitive financial information; Perform general clerical duties including photocopying, scanning, faxing and filing; Schedule and coordinate meetings, speak with insurance companies; Provide administrative support such as answer phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain faxes; Must be able to use Outlook email, electronic calendars, Microsoft Word and other basic office support software; Clio experience preferred. Experience Bachelor's Degree preferred; Strong Computer proficiency - email, spreadsheets, online banking/payment tools Experience in bookkeeping or accounts receivable - preferably with insurance companies; CLIO and Quickbooks Experience preferred; We encourage candidates who are passionate about the legal field and eager to contribute positively to our team to apply for this exciting opportunity.
