The Billing Clerk is primarily responsible for order processing and timecard entry for the assigned pump repair facility or facilities. Order Processing includes order entry, invoicing. This is a dynamic position requiring an elevated level of organization, self-discipline, and the ability to work in a team environment. An understanding of business concepts and the ability to understand and interpret Terms and Conditions are a plus. The Billing Clerk will report to the Order Administration Manager and matrix to the local site leader. Additional responsibilities could include individual employee training records, documentation packages, and receiving purchase orders.- Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- + Order processing + Booking orders + Contract review + Order Acknowledgement + Order Invoicing + AR follow ups and dispute management. + Job file creation + Record scanning + ERP data system processing + Facility communications
- Preferred Qualifications
- + High school diploma or equivalent, college degree or some college preferred.
- Skills and Capabilities
- + Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills with the ability to speak and communicate effectively with various audiences at the site level.
