If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you! The Billing & Collections Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dependable Billing Coordinator to help support our growing operations. In this role, you'll play a key part in ensuring accurate and timely billing for thousands of customer accounts while working closely with Account Managers and customers to resolve questions and maintain outstanding service. What You'll Do Prepare and process billing invoices in accordance with Municipal Utility District rate orders. Compile, compute, and maintain billing, accounting, statistical, and other numerical data. Process approximately 13,000-15,000 customer connections each month while meeting strict billing deadlines. Organize and maintain billing records, job files, and electronic documentation. Assist Account Managers with customer account inquiries and billing-related concerns. Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies, identifying issues and proactively recommending solutions. Provide responsive, professional customer service and support. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of billing, accounting, customer service, or related administrative experience. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
