Role Purpose:

As a Customer Relationship Manager, you'll find and contact customers with overdue accounts to understand their circumstances, investigate outstanding balances and negotiate suitable repayment arrangements or settlement opportunities. Through effective communication and problem solving, you'll help customers find solutions while supporting positive business outcomes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport and navigate challenging conversations. Prior experience in customer service, contact centers, retail, hospitality, sales or another customer-focused environment is encouraged. A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to understand individual circumstances and identify positive outcomes. Confidence using technology and learning new systems and processes.
