Temp-to-Perm Compensation:
$26 - $28 / hour | $54,000-$67,000 upon conversion
Work Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00
PM ET Benefits:
This position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, and 401(k) benefits during the contract period. Responsibilities Process routine billing transactions across multiple revenue streams Execute daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual billing cycles Review pricing, quantities, billing data, and invoice details for accuracy Prepare and process manual invoices, credits, and billing adjustments Review customer contracts and service agreements to ensure billing terms are applied correctly Support billing setup and account maintenance within financial systems Respond to customer and internal billing inquiries through a shared inbox Research and resolve billing discrepancies, invoice questions, credit requests, and account issues Support month-end close activities related to billing and accounts receivable Monitor billing activity and identify recurring issues or process improvement opportunities Maintain billing documentation, issue logs, and standard operating procedures Assist with special projects and additional Finance team initiatives as needed Qualifications 3+ years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, accounting support, collections, or a related finance function Experience processing high-volume billing transactions Strong attention to detail and ability to review financial data for accuracy Intermediate Excel skills, including lookups, filtering, and basic data analysis Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-service-oriented approach to resolving billing issues Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities effectively Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred Sage Intacct experience highly preferred Experience supporting a growing or evolving finance organization is a plus Addison Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
