Truity Partners is supporting a growing manufacturing organization in Hartland, WI with their search for a Billing Specialist. This is a temporary opportunity with strong potential for temp-to-hire. The role is primarily onsite, working Monday through Friday from 8:00am-5:00pm. Compensation is estimated at $26.00-$30.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Prepare and process customer invoices Review purchase orders, shipping documents, and billing information for accuracy Resolve billing discrepancies by working with internal departments and customers Support credit applications, collections, and other accounting-related projects Maintain organized customer and billing records

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, or related office experience Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or industrial environment preferred QuickBooks experience strongly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving ability
