If you have experience in rent-to-own, collections, lease-to-own, account management, or a similar customer accounts environment , bring your expertise to Aaron's. As a Customer Accounts Manager, you'll drive the success of the accounts department by leading collections and lease renewals, building customer relationships, and helping customers reach ownership. You'll also serve as a key partner to the General Manager and help drive store results. What You'll Do Lead daily, weekly, and monthly collections and renewal goals Manage customer accounts and maintain accurate account information Contact customers by phone and through home visits regarding past-due or non-renewed agreements Counsel customers toward timely payments and lease renewals Review and close lease agreements, collect payments, and obtain customer signatures Build strong customer relationships while navigating difficult conversations Support the General Manager with store operations and serve as second-in-command Help drive sales and support the sales team Safely operate a company vehicle and assist with merchandise as needed What We're Looking For Rent-to-own or collections experience is strongly preferred.
