Job Description Great opportunity to lead full revenue cycle operations, with a focus on improving collections, payer reimbursement, denial management, and cash flow. This leadership role will oversee and develop the billing team, streamline processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with leadership and key partners to drive operational and financial performance.
Responsibilities include:
Lead and oversee full revenue cycle and billing operations, including payer reimbursement, accounts receivable, denial management, collections, charge capture, and claims processing. Manage, develop, and mentor the billing leadership team and staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and establishing clear productivity and performance expectations. Drive process improvement and financial performance by establishing KPIs, analyzing billing and payer trends, reducing denials and AR, improving collections, and accelerating cash flow. Partner with clinical, operational, technology, and compliance leadership to align billing operations with organizational goals and ensure compliance with CMS, Medicaid, commercial payer, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance or related.
Minimum 5-7 years of healthcare billing/revenue cycle experience, with at least 3-5 years of leadership experience. Epic Resolute Professional Billing expertise, and knowledge of
ICD-10/CPT
coding.
Proven ability to improve revenue cycle performance, including optimizing charge capture and claims processes, reducing denials, increasing collections, analyzing KPIs, and implementing process improvements. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
