Hybrid - in office Tuesday - Thursday About the Role We're seeking a confident, results-driven Collections Manager to lead our collections team and drive strategies that improve cash flow, reduce delinquency, and support business growth. What You'll Do Lead and develop the Collections Department Manage collection strategies, delinquent accounts, and escalated issues Monitor aging reports, collection metrics, and team performance Partner with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Operations teams Drive process improvements and reporting enhancements Manage third-party collection agencies when needed What We're Looking For 5+ years of collections experience 2+ years of management or leadership experience Strong negotiation and conflict-resolution skills Assertive, outgoing personality with the ability to lead difficult conversations Experience with accounts receivable, delinquency management, and collection strategies Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's degree preferred If interested, please submit resumes to amanda.rooney@connectsearchllc.com. #OP9
