SpeedyDollar , part of Aventus Group , is launching its consumer lending operations in the United States , and we are looking for an experienced Head of Collections to build and lead our U.S. collections function. Aventus Group is an international FinTech group with 17 consecutive profitable years , a business network spanning 22+ countries , and nearly 5,000 professionals worldwide . In the first half of 2026 alone, the Group's lending companies issued more than €851 million in loans across international markets. This is not a traditional collections management role. We are entering the U.S. market and are looking for a senior leader with direct, hands-on experience in U.S. consumer lending and collections who understands how to build, scale, and manage a high-performing collections operation in a highly regulated environment. You will have the opportunity to build the U.S. collections function from the ground up — shaping collections strategy, policies and procedures, technology, team structure, performance management, reporting, and operational controls. We are looking for someone who combines strong operational leadership with a deep understanding of U.S. consumer collections, performance management, compliance, analytics, automation, and contact-center operations — and who wants real ownership rather than simply managing an established process. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the U.S. Collections function, including organizational structure, recruitment, training, performance management, coaching, and operational procedures. Own the end-to-end collections strategy across delinquency stages, from early-stage collections through late-stage recovery, including segmentation, contact strategies, PTP management, payment arrangements, and account prioritization. Develop and continuously improve collections policies, procedures, workflows, scripts, escalation rules, and operational controls. Drive collections performance through data and analytics, monitoring key KPIs such as RPC, PTP and kept PTP, cure rates, liquidation/recovery rates, roll rates, contact rates, collector productivity, and cost of collection. Design and continuously optimize omnichannel collection campaigns, including dialer, SMS, email, IVR/voice automation, and other approved communication channels. Define contact strategies and operational controls in accordance with applicable U.S. requirements, including calling windows, contact frequency, consent management, and exclusion rules. Use automation, experimentation, and technology to improve recovery performance, including segmentation, A/B testing, dialer optimization, predictive analytics, and AI-driven collections initiatives. Establish performance-management frameworks for internal collections teams, including targets, scorecards, incentive structures, quality monitoring, and coaching. Manage external collection agencies and technology/service providers, ensuring performance, cost efficiency, appropriate controls, and compliance. Work closely with Legal, Compliance, Risk, IT, Product, and Operations to develop scalable processes and ensure collections strategies meet business and regulatory requirements. Provide regular portfolio and operational performance reporting to senior management and recommend corrective actions based on portfolio trends and collection results. RequirementsProfessional Experience 2+ years of direct experience in U.S. consumer lending / consumer finance collections , with significant responsibility for collections strategy or operations. Direct experience managing delinquent U.S. consumer loan portfolios . Experience in personal loans, installment lending, fintech, auto finance, credit cards, or another high-volume U.S. consumer finance environment . Proven experience managing collections teams and delivering measurable improvements in recovery, cure rates, roll rates, productivity, or cost of collection. Demonstrated experience building, launching, or materially redesigning collections strategies, processes, or operations , rather than solely managing an established function. Experience designing and managing collections strategies across multiple delinquency stages, including early-stage, late-stage, and recovery. Experience managing third-party collection agencies and/or other collections vendors is strongly preferred. B2B accounts receivable, invoicing, corporate credit, or Order-to-Cash experience alone is not sufficient for this position. Education Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred. Technical & Collections Knowledge Strong command of collections KPIs and portfolio analytics, including RPC, contact rate, PTP, kept

conversion, cure rate, liquidation/recovery rate, roll rates, delinquency buckets, collector productivity, and cost of collection . Strong experience with collections management systems, CRMs, predictive dialers, and reporting/analytics tools. Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis, reporting, and pivot tables. Experience with multichannel collections strategies, customer segmentation, campaign management, and performance optimization. Experience developing and optimizing dialer strategies, including campaign configuration, prioritization, contact strategies, and performance analysis. Working knowledge of applicable U.S. collections and consumer communication requirements , including FDCPA, Regulation F, TCPA, calling restrictions, consent management, and contact-frequency requirements. Experience with automation, AI, predictive analytics, decisioning, or other data-driven collections strategies is a strong advantage. Leadership Profile Strong leadership and team-building capabilities. Highly analytical and commercially minded. Strong understanding of the relationship between collections strategy, portfolio performance, customer behavior, and unit economics. Ability to translate portfolio data into specific operational actions. Strong ownership mentality and demonstrated ability to build processes and operations from the ground up . Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills. Comfortable operating in a fast-growing environment with significant autonomy and accountability. Able to move between strategic leadership and hands-on operational execution when required. What We Offer Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus. Comprehensive benefits package. The opportunity to build and lead a U.S. Collections function from the ground up within an established international FinTech group. Direct influence over collections strategy, technology, automation, team structure, processes, and performance model.
