This is a full-time opportunity for someone who enjoys focused work, notices the details others might miss, and wants to build practical office skills. An immediate start is available. Keep the details right Your day-to-day work will include: Enter information from forms, emails, and documents into spreadsheets and internal systems. Check names, dates, numbers, and other details against the original source. Update existing records when information changes. Identify missing or inconsistent information and ask the right colleague for clarification. Organize digital files so documents can be found quickly. Help prepare simple lists, summaries, and reports from accurate records. Handle business and customer information with care and confidentiality. The Data Entry Clerk role involves independent, detail-focused work, along with regular communication with the people who use the records you maintain. You'll have clear tasks to complete and support when you need to check something before entering it. What will help you succeed You should be able to type accurately, follow instructions, and stay organized when working through a list of tasks. Familiarity with spreadsheets, email, or other common office tools is helpful. Previous data entry experience is welcome, but it is not required. We value people who ask questions when information is unclear and take pride in getting the work right. You'll learn the team's processes as you go and develop skills in data entry, document management, reporting, and office coordination.
