Job Description:
Addison Group is hiring a Word Processor/Data Entry professional for our client. This position will support a growing team by assisting with document preparation, data entry, report processing, and general administrative functions. The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, computer savvy, and comfortable working with large amounts of information while maintaining accuracy.

Our client is a growing organization within the environmental testing and consulting industry. This role offers an opportunity to join an expanding team and potentially transition into a long-term position.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, format, and process a variety of business documents and reports Enter information from laboratory documentation into internal systems and files Review documents for completeness, accuracy, and proper formatting Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems Develop and update photo logs and project documentation Create, format, and maintain Excel spreadsheets and tables Prepare documents for distribution, including proposals and reports Monitor and organize incoming laboratory reports and related documentation Assist with incoming and outgoing mail and general office correspondence Support field scheduling and prepare field books as needed Coordinate requests for Certificates of Insurance (COIs) Compile and update project status reports Provide general administrative and word-processing support to the team
