JOB SUMMARY
Performs various clerical and administrative functions within the Quality Assurance department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Performs data entry of inspection and certification data. Prepares necessary certification packages for each job shipped. Reviews sales order documents to ensure proper certification packages are prepared. Investigates and resolves customer certification or re-certification requests. Maintains certification database. Maintains certification files and miscellaneous Quality Assurance department files. Performs record keeping, data entry, housekeeping, and follows safety policies. Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
Language Skills:
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers.
Mathematical Skills:
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Manufacturing software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Other Qualifications:
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with customers. Ability to perform data entry with accuracy and to review input to ensure data is correct.
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Two (2) years of college preferred. A minimum of two (2) years similar experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job Compensation In compliance with all states and cities requiring transparency of pay, the expected pay range for this position is $18.00-$20.00 Compensation can vary depending on several factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, competencies, and geographic location. Some roles may qualify for extra incentives like equity, commissions, or other variable performance-related bonuses.
