- Position Overview
- We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support provider data maintenance and onboarding efforts within a growing healthcare environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate provider information is maintained, directly impacting claims processing and communication across the network. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
- Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume provider updates, including phone numbers, addresses, and fax information
- Accurately update records across multiple providers simultaneously (up to 10 at a time)
- Add new providers into internal systems with a strong focus on data accuracy
- Review and verify data to prevent errors that could result in claim denials
- Prioritize and process updates efficiently while maintaining quality standards
- Required Skills & Experience
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
- High level of computer savviness and ability to navigate multiple systems
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
- Experience with managed care or healthcare database systems (Amisys preferred)
- Fast and accurate typing skills, including 10-key proficiency
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to consistently meet production and quality benchmarks

- Pay and Benefits
- The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
