• Position Overview
• We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support provider data maintenance and onboarding efforts within a growing healthcare environment. This role is critical to ensuring accurate provider information is maintained, directly impacting claims processing and communication across the network. This posting is for an existing vacancy.
• Key Responsibilities
• Manage high-volume provider updates, including phone numbers, addresses, and fax information
• Accurately update records across multiple providers simultaneously (up to 10 at a time)
• Add new providers into internal systems with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Review and verify data to prevent errors that could result in claim denials
• Prioritize and process updates efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Required Skills & Experience
• Strong knowledge of medical terminology
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general computer applications
• High level of computer savviness and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Additional Qualifications (Preferred)
• Experience with managed care or healthcare database systems (Amisys preferred)
• Fast and accurate typing skills, including 10-key proficiency
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to consistently meet production and quality benchmarks

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
