Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Billing Data Entry/Office Assistance professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering billing information into our databases and supporting various administrative tasks within the office. Your proactive approach and technical proficiency will ensure smooth financial operations and efficient office workflows. Responsibilities Input billing data into database systems with precision and attention to detail Maintain and update client and vendor records using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other database tools Manage data entry tasks in Excel, including data analysis, validation, and reporting Support office operations by handling word processing, document transcription, and filing of confidential information Assist with customer service inquiries related to billing or account information via phone or email. Ensure accuracy in all data entry activities, adhering to organizational standards for confidentiality and data integrity Skills Proficiency with databases, and productivity software such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Strong computer skills.
