Job Summary Job Summary Julian Charter School, Inc is seeking a full time 100% FTE Program Manager for our JCS Pine Hills academy located in Hemet, CA. The Program Manager oversees the fiscal & operational planning, establishment, execution, evaluation and administrative management of the educational programs within a school. They play a crucial role in overseeing various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations, and supporting the Principal in day-to-day activities. This position involves responsibilities related to scheduling, managing classified staff members, time clock management, performance evaluation, covering the Principal's duties during her absence, recruitment, and marketing efforts.

Preferred Requirements:

• Associate's Degree
• 5+ Years of experience, 3 of which are leadership level experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified.
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within an educational or similar setting.
