Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing data across various platforms to ensure the integrity and accessibility of information. Your proactive approach and strong computer literacy will support our office operations, enhance data accuracy, and contribute to seamless administrative workflows. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your clerical and office management skills within a fast-paced environment. Duties Enter data into company databases with precision, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date Manage filing systems, both digital and physical, to facilitate quick retrieval of documents Use Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for document creation, editing, and sharing Support front desk operations by answering multi-line phone systems professionally and courteously Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic office management tasks Proofread documents for errors, maintaining high standards of accuracy and clarity Provide excellent customer support by responding promptly to inquiries via phone or email Perform data verification and quality checks to maintain data integrity Support bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software when needed Qualifications Proven experience in office administration, clerical work, or data entry roles Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, and basic office management software Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; familiarity with proofreading is a plus Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping software is desirable Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse customer needs Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail Strong phone etiquette and experience managing multi-line phone systems Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous Knowledge of medical or dental receptionist duties is a bonus but not required Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Join us as a Data Entry Clerk and become an essential part of our team dedicated to maintaining efficient office operations!
