Job Description
A healthcare company is seeking an HR Coordinator to support daily human resources operations in our Inglewood location. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting both employees and organizational goals. The HR Coordinator will assist with onboarding, employee records, HRIS updates, benefits administration support, and general HR compliance functions. Experience in healthcare, nonprofit, or behavioral health settings is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day HR administrative functions and employee record maintenanceAssist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and onboarding documentationMaintain accurate employee data in the HRIS system and personnel filesCoordinate background checks, employment verifications, and other pre-employment processesProvide support with benefits administration, employee inquiries, and HR-related documentationHelp track compliance items, required trainings, and employee acknowledgmentsAssist with recruitment coordination, interview scheduling, and candidate communicationPrepare HR reports, correspondence, and other administrative materials as neededPartner with internal departments to ensure smooth HR operations and timely employee supportMaintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with professionalismBenefits:
