Job Responsibilities:
1) Customer Support & Product Communication Provide professional customer support through email and phone. Communicate with customers regarding orders, product questions, shipping updates, and after-sales support. Learn company products, including features, specifications, and applications. Introduce products and provide solutions based on customer needs. Help customers understand product benefits and select the right solutions. Collect customer feedback and communicate insights to internal teams. 2) Operations Support Support daily operations including product live streaming, order processing activities, etc. Prepare and print shipping documents, including carrier labels, packing documents, and freight paperwork. Maintain accurate records and follow established company procedures. Work closely with the Operations Team ensure smooth daily operations. 3) Product Data Management & Accuracy Maintain accurate product information in company systems, including: SKU information Product dimensions Product weight Packaging details Product specifications Review and verify data accuracy to prevent operational errors and unnecessary costs. Perform product measurements or data verification when needed. Identify data inconsistencies and proactively report issues. 4) Data Analysis & Financial Support Analyze product sales trends and identify slow-moving or underperforming products. Support basic reconciliation tasks, including reviewing shipping costs and carrier invoices. Compare invoices, system records, and operational data to identify discrepancies. Use Tools (like Excel etc.) to organize, analyze, and present data.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numbers. Organized, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities. Comfortable working with Excel and learning new software systems. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Preferred Qualifications Bilingual English and Chinese preferred.
