Are you looking to make some extra $$$ in just a few weeks ? Quality Counts (QC) is a transportation data collection company seeking a temporary employee who wants to trade sterile offices and stuffy cubicles for the great outdoors! Join us as a walking technician for a special public right of way (PROW) project where you will gather data to help transportation engineers and planners make informed decisions about sidewalk design, operation, and maintenance. Public Right of Way Technician-Transportation -
Duties:
Gather data for a local municipality for the evaluation and planning of a public right of way infrastructure project. Utilize a multi-sensor profiling tool comprised of lasers, high resolution cameras, and GPS (pushcart with electronic sensors) to gather the measurements of local sidewalks and pedestrian curbs.

Requirements:
No experience needed Loves to walk long distances! Can commit to at least 25 minimum hours per week on a consistent basis (unlikely to work less than 20 hours per week for the project duration) Can quickly learn and operate the PathVu equipment and software Will follow all project instructions and deadlines Thrives in an outdoor environment Self-motivated and can work independently Problem solver You are located near the city of San Bernardino; close enough to commute to/from the San Bernardino city center Public Right of Way Technician-Transportation -
