River Plate, Inc., an established fulfillment and logistics company in Simi Valley, is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Process Assistant to join our team. This position provides administrative and operational support across our fulfillment operation. We are looking for someone who is organized, accurate, comfortable working with numbers and computers, and most importantly, willing to be part of a team. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, pays close attention to details, and is willing to step in and help wherever support is needed. Responsibilities Data entry and data management Preparing and processing paperwork Creating Bills of Lading (BOLs), packing slips, and other shipping documents Scanning, filing, and maintaining accurate records Quality-control verification and processing Reviewing information for accuracy and completeness Assisting various departments with paperwork and administrative needs Occasionally assisting our Pick & Pack department with order processing, packing, labeling, or other fulfillment tasks Providing additional operational support during slower periods or when another department needs assistance Because we work as a team, this position requires someone who is flexible and willing to assist outside of their regular day-to-day responsibilities when needed. We believe in keeping our employees productive during slower periods rather than sending them home, and team members may be asked to support other areas of the operation.
