Data Entry QC Clerk (Bilingual) - Job Description Position Overview The Data Entry QC Clerk enters, reviews, and validates high‑volume data with exceptional accuracy. This role supports clinical and administrative operations by ensuring all information is complete, consistent, and compliant with internal and regulatory standards. Strong bilingual communication skills are preferred; English is a must (English/Spanish), and a high level of attention to detail is essential. Summary This position is ideal for someone who is organized, bilingual, and highly detail‑oriented. The Data Entry QC Clerk ensures that all data entered into clinical, administrative, and operational systems is accurate and properly documented. The role supports both daily workflow and leadership by maintaining data integrity and performing quality checks. Key Responsibilities Data Entry Duties Enter patient, clinical, and administrative data into EMR, CRM, and internal databases Review all entries for accuracy, completeness, and proper formatting Correct errors and inconsistencies identified during audits Maintain organized digital and physical records Process incoming documents, forms, and reports Ensure timely completion of daily and weekly data entry tasks Quality Control Duties Perform routine data audits to verify accuracy and compliance Flag discrepancies and follow up with staff to resolve issues Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and internal standards Maintain logs of corrections, updates, and QC findings Support continuous improvement of data workflows Protect confidential information and follow HIPAA guidelines Administrative Support Assist with scanning, filing, and document management Prepare spreadsheets, summaries, and QC reports Communicate with your Director and leadership in both English and Spanish Support operational needs during busy periods
Required Skills & Qualifications Bilingual:
English & Spanish (verbal and written) 2+ years of data entry or administrative experience Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency with computers, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment High level of discretion and reliability Strong organizational and communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in a medical, clinical research, or healthcare setting Familiarity with QC processes or audit procedures Experience with patient charts or clinical documentation Work Environment Office‑based role with interaction across clinical and administrative teams Requires sitting, typing, and reviewing documents for extended periods Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs Benefits 401(k) matching Dental and health insurance Paid sick time and paid time off On‑the‑job training Join us if you're passionate about maintaining high standards of data integrity while leveraging your technical proficiency!
