We're Hiring:

Quarter-End Temp (High-Volume & Deadline-Driven) If you thrive in fast-paced environments, take pride in accuracy, and enjoy hands-on administrative work, this role is for you. We're looking for a reliable Quarter-End Temp to join our team and help us handle critical quarter-end processing.

Role Details:

Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Location:

Fully onsite in Weston, FL Interview process: Simple 1-round, 30 minute face-to-face interview with HM. What you'll do:

Audit & Match:

Review quarterly tax returns and checks for total accuracy before processing.

Log & Track:

Complete system logoffs for processed returns and payments.

Prep & Mail:

Package and mail official tax documents to agencies on tight deadlines.

What you need:

Flexibility:

Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required during peak quarter-end windows.

Tech Basics:

Basic-to-intermediate experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and comfort navigating multiple software systems. Attention to

Ability to spot errors quickly and maintain accuracy in a high-volume setting.

Work Style:

Self-motivated enough to work independently, but collaborative in a team environment.
