Receptionist / Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant Grady Group Florida Fort Lauderdale, FL Job Details Full-time $15.00 - $19.75 an hour 1 day ago Benefits 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Computer operation Spanish Computer literacy English Administrative experience Attention to detail Full Job Description Receptionist / Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant We are a professional financial services office looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist / Data Entry/ Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be comfortable speaking with clients over the phone, scheduling appointments, handling data entry, and supporting day-to-day office operations. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred. Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner Schedule and confirm client appointments Make outbound follow-up calls to prospective and existing clients Assist with appointment setting and client follow-up Enter and update client information accurately in our CRM system Maintain organized client records and appointment notes Assist with seminar and event follow-up Help with general office and administrative duties Communicate appointment updates and client information with team members Assist with other office tasks as needed Qualifications Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred Strong phone and communication skills Friendly, professional, and comfortable speaking with clients Organized and detail-oriented Accurate and efficient with data entry Comfortable using computers and learning new software Dependable and able to follow through on assigned tasks Able to multitask in a professional office environment Strong customer-service skills Previous experience in reception, customer service, appointment setting, administrative support, sales support, or data entry is preferred. Experience using a CRM system is a plus, but training can be provided.
