Operations Reports To:
Department Manager Position Summary Dealer Services Network (DSN) is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to support operational and administrative functions by ensuring accurate and timely entry, maintenance, and verification of information across company systems. The ideal candidate is highly organized, efficient, and committed to maintaining data accuracy while supporting internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data within company databases, systems, and spreadsheets. Review source documents for accuracy and completeness prior to entry. Verify, audit, and correct data discrepancies. Process high volumes of information while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Generate and distribute reports as requested by management. Scan, organize, and maintain electronic records and documentation. Assist with data imports, exports, and file maintenance activities. Monitor data quality and identify opportunities for process improvements. Maintain confidentiality of company, employee, and customer information. Collaborate with Operations, HR, Accounting, and other departments to ensure accurate recordkeeping. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. 1+ years of data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred. Strong keyboarding and data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong time management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to handle confidential information professionally. Preferred Qualifications Experience working within CRM, ATS, DMS, or other business management systems. Previous dealership, title processing, DMV, or administrative support experience is a plus.
