Responsibilities for a Data Entry Clerk include but are not limited to: Accurately enter data from scanned images and original documents using a full keyboard and numeric keypad. Process transactions according to customer instructions and system screen prompts while maintaining high levels of accuracy. Review and acknowledge out-of-balance transactions and identify potential processor or remitter errors. Complete assigned work within customer deadlines and report computer system issues as needed. Candidates for Data Entry Clerk must meet the following requirements to be considered: Minimum data entry speed of 8,400 KSPH (Keystrokes Per Hour) with score listed on resume. Previous data entry, clerical, administrative, or keyboarding experience preferred. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain production and quality standards in a fast-paced environment. Proficient PC skills with the ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively in a team setting. Must be able to work scheduled holidays and overtime when required.
