What we're seeking: Valid license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Georgia Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program Strong understanding of evaluation and therapy techniques for students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Experience in or strong interest in working within K-12 educational settings Effective communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and support staff Ability to develop, implement, and track individualized education plans (IEPs) and progress documentation Day-to-day responsibilities: Conduct assessments and deliver therapy to students identified with communication challenges Develop individualized treatment plans based on each student's unique strengths and areas for growth Monitor progress, adjust interventions as needed, and provide regular updates to parents and school teams Collaborate on multidisciplinary teams to support whole-child education and inclusive practices Educate and advise school staff and families on supporting students speech and language goals Working in this dynamic school environment, youll find variety, teamwork, and the chance to truly connect with students and colleagues.
