06 Months Contract (Extension is possible, depending on need) Key Responsibilities Scan, upload, and index confidential documents into designated systems while maintaining document integrity and security. Verify accuracy and completeness of electronic records before and after upload. Organize, track, and maintain digital files in accordance with retention and compliance requirements. Protect confidential and sensitive information by following established privacy and security protocols. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to resolve document discrepancies and ensure timely completion of requests. Meet established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations. Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualification:

Enters data into computer using various data entry devices. Inputs lists of items, alphabetic, numeric, or symbolic in computer-readable format. Compare data entered with source documents, or re-enter data in verification format on screen to detect errors. 1-3 years of experience
