Job Description
Required Education
- High School Diploma.
- 1-3 years of experience in data entry, document processing, records management, or a related administrative role.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately review, scan, upload, and verify documents.
- Ability to identify errors, omissions, and inconsistencies in source documents and electronic records.
- Ability to enter alphabetic, numeric, and symbolic data accurately using various data-entry devices.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with internal stakeholders regarding document status, discrepancies, and process requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines and turnaround times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to track and maintain electronic records.
- Ability to consistently meet productivity and quality expectations.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Ability to follow established privacy, security, retention, and compliance procedures.
- Self-motivated with strong ownership and follow-through.
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve process efficiency and accuracy.
- Experience working with document management or records management systems.
- Experience scanning, indexing, uploading, and verifying electronic documents.
- Previous experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Experience in a high-volume data entry or document-processing environment.
- Scan, upload, and index confidential documents into designated systems.
- Enter alphabetic, numeric, and symbolic information into computer systems.
- Compare entered data against source documents to identify and correct errors.
- Re-enter data in verification format to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Review electronic records before and after upload to ensure data integrity.
- Organize, track, and maintain digital files in accordance with retention and compliance requirements.
- Follow established privacy and security protocols when handling confidential information.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve document discrepancies and processing issues.
- Complete assigned requests within established productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
- Manage multiple document-processing priorities while meeting deadlines.
- Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Work Arrangement:
In-office in Maryville, IL.Experience:
1-3 years of relevant experience.- Must be comfortable working with confidential and sensitive documents.
- Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must be able to meet productivity, quality, and turnaround time expectations.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
