You will work closely with multiple departments, including billing and quality assurance, to ensure smooth workflow and high-quality data documentation. Key Responsibilities Enter and update data into internal tracking and inventory systems Maintain and update customer records (e.g., addresses, contact info, entity changes) Perform general administrative tasks: filing, organizing, sorting, scanning documents Retrieve and manage document files for both physical and digital records Support development of data standards, training guides, and operational documentation Assist with report generation and data analysis for audits and performance tracking Collaborate with billing and quality departments to streamline documentation processes Monitor and ensure data accuracy by running system queries and audits Suggest improvements to data workflows or reporting formats Take on additional duties as needed in support of the operations team What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree (Required) Experience in data entry, administrative support, or logistics (preferred, not required) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Outlook, Word) Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in logistics/supply chain
