The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining data within our systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality. This role requires proficiency in computer skills, with a particular emphasis on experience using Sage TimeSlips for legal time tracking and billing purposes. The Data Entry Clerk plays a vital role in supporting our legal or professional services team by ensuring that all billing and time records are precise and up-to-date. Duties Enter and update data into company databases with accuracy and efficiency. Maintain and organize legal time entries and billing information using Sage TimeSlips software. Verify the accuracy of data by reviewing source documents and cross-referencing entries. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with company policies. Assist with the preparation of reports by compiling and organizing data as needed. Collaborate with team members to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to data entry. Support administrative tasks related to billing, record keeping, and document management. Qualifications Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel). Experience working with Sage TimeSlips for legal time tracking and billing is highly preferred. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members. Prior experience in a legal or professional services environment is a plus but not required. Pay:
$25.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 - 25.0 per week
