Full Job Description Required Duties:

Candidate will assist the Government in performing various clerical and administrative duties including data entry. Specific duties shall include, but are not limited to, the following: Input lists, records and other data points into prescribed systems Provide reception services at the front desk including receiving phone calls and greeting visitors Schedule clients for classes Provide reminders to class participants Prepare data reports Maintain initial and recurring training requirements Organize and maintain reception area, informational materials, publications, and resource displays Monitor equipment and promptly report any inoperable or malfunctioning equipment Maintain an orderly workspace throughout the day. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain client appearance standards.

Requirements/Qualifications:

Minimum of a High School education 2 years of customer service experience Strong communication skills 1 year experience with Navy Modernitation Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite applications Knowledge of Microsoft Edge/Chrome web based applications Basic understanding of military protocol and military support group organizations

Desired Experience:
