6+ Month Contract Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Training Program Support Specialist to provide administrative, data entry, and basic technical support for a training program. The ideal candidate will be organized, computer proficient, and able to manage high-volume data entry while maintaining accurate and confidential records. Key Responsibilities Perform high-volume, accurate data entry and maintain electronic records. Process attendance records and update databases. Scan, organize, file, and archive paper and electronic documents. Verify records for accuracy and resolve data discrepancies. Maintain organized filing systems and prepare reports. Provide basic iPad support, including setup, connectivity, and application assistance. Document recurring technical issues for IT follow-up. Operate office equipment, including scanners, printers, and copiers. Maintain confidentiality and support additional administrative projects as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in administrative support, clerical work, or data entry. Strong computer, organizational, and time management skills. Experience with Microsoft Office and electronic document management systems. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and maintain confidentiality. Experience supporting training, education, or operational environments is a plus. Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including occasional overnight assignments.
