• Sales Assistant for a contract position with a growing manufacturing company in Plymouth, MA.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, supporting sales operations, coordinating with multiple departments, and ensuring customer orders are processed accurately. What You'll Do Enter, process, and update customer orders in the ERP system Update sales orders based on manufacturing schedules and customer changes Maintain accurate customer, order, and sales information in ERP and CRM systems What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous administrative and order entry experience preferred Experience working with ERP and/or CRM systems is a plus Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent communication and problem-solving skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel Schedule Monday-Friday 8:00 AM
