Skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for balancing ,data entry, documentation and communication purposes. Exceptional communication skills—both verbal and written—to articulate solutions clearly and professionally. Demonstrated phone etiquette, active listening, and problem-solving skills to address customer needs effectively. Technical proficiency with computer systems, data entry accuracy, typing speed, and organizational skills are essential. Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Ability to balance daily sales. Good with math calculations.
