Data Entry Coordinator - 100% on-site, Waterford, MI At Lush Lawn & Safari Tree , we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while creating a positive workplace for our employees. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Data Entry Coordinator t o join our dynamic team. The Data Entry Coordinator is a key member of the team in upholding our service philosophy and providing the highest level of customer service. In this position, you are expected to look for ways to help deliver on our promise to our customers in the most efficient, accurate, and customer-focused manner possible. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, communication skills, and the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while supporting the Customer Service team and management. Responsibilities Enter, verify, and update data in multiple database systems with precision and speed Generate and maintain reports Audit daily sales and conduct position audits to verify accuracy, identify discrepancies, and ensure adherence to company procedures and standards Oversee and execute text communications with customers Oversee all email and voicemail communications from customers Handle all indirect mail from customers Manage and respond to website communications from customers Print and process postage for statements, surveys, and other customer mailings Train new Customer Service employees on applicable processes and procedures Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and customer service Assist with special projects and provide support to management as needed Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned Skills Proficiency in managing databases for efficient data entry and retrieval Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook Position Requirements High School diploma or GED Minimum of one year of office experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Proficiency in managing databases for efficient data entry and retrieval Strong computer skills with expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Teams, Excel, Word, and Outlook. Hubspot is a plus Ability to review information, identify discrepancies, and follow through on corrections Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment Team player who can also work independently Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle customer information appropriately Basic knowledge of the lawn care industry is a plus Compensation Package Competitive wage, bonus program, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, 401(k) match, medical, dental, and vision.
