Responsibilities Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems with high accuracy. Review and audit data for discrepancies and resolve any inconsistencies promptly. Assist with filing, organizing, and maintaining both physical and electronic records. Prepare reports and summaries based on data as requested by management. Collaborate with team members to support various administrative functions and projects. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times. Respond to data-related inquiries and provide support to other departments as needed. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in administration or data management is a plus. Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related role. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data management software. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Basic understanding of data protection and confidentiality principles.
