We are committed to providing dependable, high-quality service while maintaining organized and efficient internal operations. We are currently seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Part-Time Data Entry Assistant to support our administrative team at our New Rochelle office. Position Overview The Data Entry Assistant will be responsible for accurately entering, reviewing, updating, and organizing company information. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets and documents, and able to complete detailed assignments with minimal supervision. The selected candidate must be able to work in person at our New Rochelle office. The schedule will fall between Monday and Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; however, the specific workdays and hours can be arranged based on the candidate's availability and the company's needs. Responsibilities Enter and update information in spreadsheets, databases, and internal tracking systems Review documents and records for accuracy, completeness, and consistency Organize, scan, label, upload, and maintain electronic files Update client, vendor, employee, project, and operational records Identify missing, incorrect, or conflicting information Notify the appropriate team member when documents or information are missing Prepare and update basic reports, checklists, and document-tracking logs Assist with maintaining organized digital and physical records Handle company, employee, and client information confidentially Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed Qualifications Strong attention to detail and accuracy Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Ability to work independently and complete assignments on time Clear written and verbal communication skills Dependable, professional, and punctual Comfortable completing repetitive and detail-focused assignments Ability to maintain confidentiality Previous data entry, administrative, or office experience is preferred but not required Education High school diploma or equivalent required Current college students and recent graduates are encouraged to apply Coursework in business administration, accounting, information systems, office administration, operations, or a related field is a plus Work Schedule Part-time Monday through Friday Work hours will be scheduled between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. Specific days and hours are flexible and will be discussed during the interview process This is an in-person position located in New Rochelle, NY Equal Opportunity Employer CleanWork Solutions, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
