If so, and you're ready to get started ASAP please review the qualifications. The Moderator works closely with client account stakeholders to ensure best practices and standards are followed when conducting participant data collection activities. Because participant testing sessions are scheduled in advance and require appropriate staffing, consistent reliability, and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position. Moderators must report to work on time and remain available for their full assigned schedules to ensure testing sessions can proceed as planned. Strong collaboration, technical aptitude, attention to detail, reliability, and time-management skills are essential to success in this role.

Responsibilities:
Check-in and check-out participants Lead moderated 1 on 1 sessions with participants as they conduct activities, that may include being recorded on video and/or wearing smart wearable devices Download, validate and upload related data files; review and audit data files against documented quality standards Perform basic troubleshooting on smart devices; set up, clean smart devices; Raise device problems or reported issues to the designated Lead Collaborate with team members and communicate updates across the team Attend related trainings, status meetings, and team meetings
Qualifications:
Reliable and punctual attendance! Customer service experience Able to follow detailed technical documentation & instructions Google Office Suite experience, especially Sheets & Docs Experience with smart wearable technologies and devices Experience with video recording equipment and editing software Strong communications skills
