In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, updating, and managing client data across various database systems and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) platforms. Your technical proficiency with productivity software, especially Microsoft Office and Excel, will be essential in ensuring data integrity and supporting customer service operations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient data management processes while providing exceptional support to our clients. Your organizational skills and commitment to handling confidential information with care will help maintain the high standards of our data accuracy and client satisfaction. Duties Enter, update, and verify client information within multiple database systems and ERP platforms with precision and speed Manage data collection from various sources, ensuring completeness and accuracy for reporting purposes Utilize Microsoft Excel to perform data analysis, create pivot tables, and generate reports that support business decision-making Maintain organized filing systems for electronic and paper documents, ensuring quick retrieval of information Handle order entry tasks efficiently using office productivity software, including Word processing and spreadsheets Support customer service by responding promptly to client inquiries related to data or order status Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information by adhering to company policies and data security protocols Qualifications Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or customer support roles with a focus on data management Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (including data analysis and pivot tables) Familiarity with databases, ERP systems, and database management tools Excellent typing skills (minimum 10 key typing speed) with high accuracy in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and professionally Basic math skills for verifying numerical data entries and calculations Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively Previous experience with transcription, filing, or office support is preferred but not required Join us to become a vital part of a team dedicated to excellence in data management and client support.
