In-Person $20.00 - $25.00 per Hour 1 Years Experience High school graduate or equivalency certificate (GED) No Commission 40.00 hours per week / Day Shift / Full-Time Description We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Administrator / Clerical Associate to support our Product and Customer Service teams. The ideal candidate has experience in the motorcycle or powersports industry, understands parts and specifications, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment. This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity, with the potential to transition to a permanent position after approximately 6-9 months.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, with flexible scheduling options: 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m.
Compensation:
$20-$25+ per hour, based on experience. We are willing to offer a higher rate for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Product Team through accurate data entry and system updates Research, identify, and enter product parts and specifications into internal systems Receive and process OEM samples Evaluate and document supplier samples for review Assist with catalog development and product data organization Help the Customer Service Team respond to technical product inquiries Contribute to special projects and other initiatives as assigned
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a motorcycle, powersports, or related dealership environment Parts-counter experience or a strong parts-related background will also be considered Genuine interest in or enthusiasm for the powersports industry Strong attention to detail Positive, team-oriented attitude Microsoft Excel proficiency preferred A technical, engineering, or mechanically inclined background is a plus but not required Ability to sit, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday.
