Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk/Order Fulfilment Clerk to join a growing team in Pennsylvania. This fully onsite role focuses on supporting order fulfillment activities through accurate data entry and consistent administrative support. It is a contract opportunity with the potential for a permanent position, offering a steady Monday through Friday schedule and the chance to contribute to a fast-paced operational environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Enter and update order information in company systems with a high level of speed and accuracy.
  • Review incoming documentation for completeness and correct errors before processing records.
  • Support order fulfillment activities by maintaining organized and up-to-date data files.
  • Verify numeric and text-based information to ensure records are accurate and consistent.
  • Coordinate with internal team members to resolve data discrepancies and missing details.
  • Monitor daily entry volumes and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines in a busy onsite setting.
  • Maintain orderly electronic records and follow established procedures for document handling.
